Do you have startup founders that are struggling in their personal lives?

The life of a founder can be very hectic.  With pressures from growing the business, to issues they may be dealing with in their personal lives.  An easy way to improve the performance of someone in business is to improve their personal well being.  A fitter, stronger, more calm person can make better decisions, work harder and work smarter.

What do I do for founders?

Very simply I focus on three main areas of their lives which have the greatest affect on their well being. I work with them personally to achieve growth in each one of these areas.

FITNESS

Improved fitness leads to a more energetic and resilient human

DIET

Creating a FOOD IS FUEL mindset to generate more focus

MENTAL WELLBEING

Assist with stress management techniques and more focus

 

How do I do this?

I become a daily point of contact with the founder for them to be accountable to the goals they set themselves.

Through two 15 minute phone calls a day, a 1 hr weekly planning/retrospective and a monthly face to face, we create a personal development growth plan road map and effect real change. 

I will then provide a monthly report on the personal performance of the founder with an overall score, areas they need to work on and if any other outside assistance is needed.

How do I do this?

MORNING CALL

Morning motivational call preparing for the day ahead and setting NO FAIL task

GOAL SETTING

Weight loss, sleeping, hours worked, setting and achieving goals builds momentum

EVENING CALL

Summarising their day.  What did they learn what are they doing tomorrow

MENTAL HEALTH

Help with breathing techniques, meditation, conflict resolution and self care

WEEKLY

Weekly planning and retrospective call and face to face

PHYSICAL

Build confidence with before and after shots, pesonal training and positivity mindset

What else will I do?

I will also work with your founders and executive teams to ensure they utilise systems to keep the business on track.  This will be done with your guidance to ensure direction.
